Dear Consumer Customer,
During this summer, we notified you through the Themo app about the need to update to the latest version.
If you have not yet updated, please take action and update your Themo app.
We are updating the method how Themo app communicates with your thermostat (API update) on 10.09.2025.
It is required that you update the mobile application from the App Store or Google Play to continue using your Themo mobile app.
Please note that after 10.09.2025 you will not be able to log in to Themo before updating.
Once updated, the app will function as usual.
Themo app using new API is version 4.5.10 or higher.
